International Exchanges

If you wish to request an exchange, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags (if applicable) intact.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

Shipping

  • For all exchange requests, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, including:
    • Return shipping of the original item
    • Shipping of the replacement item
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Process

  1. Contact us at contact@douglaspoon.com to request an exchange.
  2. Return the item to the address provided by our team.
  3. Share your tracking number once the item has been shipped.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will arrange dispatch of your replacement piece.

Availability

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If your requested item is unavailable, our team will assist you with an alternative solution.
  • Items purchased as special orders, personalised, made-to-order, final sale, or pre-order are not eligible for exchange.
