International Exchanges
If you wish to request an exchange, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags (if applicable) intact.
- Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
Shipping
- For all exchange requests, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, including:
- Return shipping of the original item
- Shipping of the replacement item
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Process
- Contact us at contact@douglaspoon.com to request an exchange.
- Return the item to the address provided by our team.
- Share your tracking number once the item has been shipped.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will arrange dispatch of your replacement piece.
Availability
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If your requested item is unavailable, our team will assist you with an alternative solution.
- Items purchased as special orders, personalised, made-to-order, final sale, or pre-order are not eligible for exchange.
