We ship worldwide. Our orders are currently processed and shipped from our Hong Kong office. Free delivery on all orders within Hong Kong.

Shipping Options

Standard Delivery

Depending on your destination country, standard international shipping typically takes 6-15 working days for most items.

Our standard delivery service is provided by the international postal network, and real-time mail status is supplied by the destination postal administration. Some destinations, including but not limited to the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany and Australia have ceased to provide tracking information of standard international mail. The tracking link provided may not be continuously updated, so please allow up to 5 working days between each status update.

Express Delivery

We also offer express delivery for more time-sensitive orders. Depending on availability at the time of your order, express shipping will be provided through one of these providers: UPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or Speedpost.

Processing Times

Most in-stock items typically ship within 1 to 3 working days. Please be aware that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Processing times may be slightly extended during sale seasons.

In rare cases, we may discover that an item is out of stock after you've placed your order. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and provide you with alternative options.

Duties & Taxes

Depending on your destination country, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes. To prevent customs delays, ensure the timely payment of any applicable duties and taxes. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery country, selected shipping method, and product prices may vary based on location to reflect local market pricing and exchange rates. Please note that shipping rates shown at checkout exclude customs charges or import duties levied upon reaching your destination country.

  • Please note that we are unable to facilitate a return or refund if the recipient declines to pay customs duty and taxes.
  • Please be aware that we are unable to take responsibility and issue a refund for packages that are lost or stolen.
  • Refunds cannot be processed if the shipment is abandoned at the destination or returned to the origin.
