Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide. Our orders are processed and shipped from our Hong Kong office. Free delivery on all orders within Hong Kong.
Standard international shipping typically takes 5-15 working days for most items. Delays may occur due to COVID-19.
We also offer express shipping via Speedpost, Aramex, DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
On rare occasions we may discover that an item is out of stock after you have placed your order. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and provide you with other alternatives.
Depending on your destination country you may need to pay import duties and taxes. Please note that we are not able to facilitate a return/refund if the recipient refuses to pay customs duty and taxes. We also cannot issue a refund if the shipment is abandoned at destination or returned to origin due to unpaid duties and taxes.
COVID-19 & UNEXPECTED SHIPPING DELAYS
We offer free standard international shipping to most destinations on orders over £80*. However, due to COVID-19, standard service to some countries has been temporarily suspended which results in longer delivery time and higher shipping rate.
*Free standard shipping on orders over £120 to the following destinations:
Guernesey, Russia, Ukrain, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, Latvia, Malta, Bahamas, Serbia, Barbados, Moldova, Montegegro, Uzbekistan.
Under the current circumstances, there may be unexpected shipping delays. We will do our best to work with the selected shipping provider to resolve it for you if this happens, however, we cannot issue a refund or cancel an order in such situations.
We offer returns on regular priced items with 14 days of receipt of your order.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
All special orders, personalised or made-to-order and pre-order items are not refundable.
