SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Our orders are processed and shipped from our Hong Kong office. Free delivery on all orders within Hong Kong.

Depending on your destination country, standard international shipping typically takes 6-25 working days for most items. Delays may occur due to COVID-19 or postal strikes at the destination country.

Standard delivery service is provided by international postal network and realtime mail status is supplied by the destination postal administration. Some destinations, including but not limited to the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany and Australia have ceased to provide tracking information of standard international mail. 

We also offer express delivery via Speedpost, Vantage, Aramex, DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

On rare occasions we may discover that an item is out of stock after you have placed your order. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and provide you with other alternatives.

Depending on your destination country you may need to pay import duties and taxes. Please note that we are not able to facilitate a return/refund if the recipient refuses to pay customs duty and taxes. We also cannot issue a refund if the shipment is abandoned at destination or returned to origin.

COVID-19 & UNEXPECTED SHIPPING DELAYS

We offer free standard international shipping to most destinations on orders over £80. However, due to COVID-19, standard service to some countries has been temporarily suspended which results in longer delivery time and higher shipping rate. 

There may be unexpected shipping delays due to COVID-19 or postal strike at the destination country. We will do our best to work with the selected shipping provider to resolve it for you if this happens, however, we cannot issue a refund or cancel an order in such situations. 

RETURNS

We offer returns on regular priced items with 14 days of receipt of your order.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

All special orders, personalised or made-to-order and pre-order items are not refundable.
