By purchasing a Mystery Set, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Mystery Sets are entirely selected by DOUGLASPOON. Customers cannot choose, request or specify individual products, colours, sizes, styles or jewellery categories.

Jewellery categories may be repeated
The jewellery pieces within a Mystery Set may include multiple pieces from the same category. There is no guarantee that each piece will be from a different jewellery category.

The combination of categories and the number of pieces from each category are determined entirely by DOUGLASPOON.

Colours, sizes and styles
All colours, sizes and styles are selected by DOUGLASPOON. Customers cannot request a particular colour, size or style, and we cannot accommodate preferences or special requests.

Clutch sets
For Mystery Sets including a clutch, the clutch counts as one item within the total set quantity. The clutch style and colour are selected entirely by DOUGLASPOON and cannot be chosen or requested.

No substitutions
Items cannot be substituted, exchanged or changed because of a preference for another product, colour, size, style or category.

The contents remain a surprise
The exact contents of your Mystery Set will not be disclosed before dispatch. What you receive is the selection made by DOUGLASPOON for your order.

No exchanges or refunds
All Mystery Sets are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return or refund due to change of mind, personal preference or dissatisfaction with the selection.

No combining offers
The Mystery Edit cannot be combined with any other promotional code, discount, offer or promotion.

Limited availability
Only 200 Mystery Sets are available across all six options. Once the allocated sets have sold out, the promotion will end.
